Our Staff

At Dance Makers, our instructors bring over 65 years of combined experience to the dance floor. Dedicated and passionate, our team is committed to providing high-quality instruction in a fun and supportive environment. We continuously train to stay at the top of our craft, ensuring that our students receive the best techniques and latest trends in dance.

Meet Our Dancers

Liz Wood


Studio Manager/Dance Instructor

Elizabeth has been with Dance Makers since 2005, and has served as Studio Manager since 2022. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Legal Studies, bringing strong leadership and organization to the studio environment. With over 15 years of ballet and contemporary training, she blends classical technique with ballroom expertise. Her commitment to students and love for dance have earned her multiple Top Teacher awards throughout her career.

David Wood


Studio Manager/Dance Instructor

David has been with Dance Makers since 2005, and has served as studio manager since 2022. He holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. A former American Smooth competitor with his wife, Elizabeth, David has earned multiple Top Teacher awards and is known for his clear instruction, technical expertise, and dedication to student growth.

David Elliot-Rabii


Dance Instructor

David has been with Dance Makers since May 2014. He trained in ballet, modern, and ballroom dance at the University of Oklahoma, where he obtained a Bachelors of Musical Arts in Vocal Performance with a secondary emphasis in Dance. He has trained with several former U.S. and world champion ballroom dancers.

Leah Khanu


Visual Admin Specialist/Dance Instructor

Leah has been with Dance Makers since 2024, bringing her passion for dance and creative design to the studio. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Visual Communication and a minor in Creative Media Production, where she also had training in a variety of Latin styles including several forms of salsa and bachata.

Tony Ene


Dance Instructor

Tony has been at Dance Makers since 2023. He holds a BFA in Visual Communications with a minor in Spanish from the University of Oklahoma and has experience in musical theatre. During his last year at college, he was a member of the Latin Dance Club and also began his training in ballroom. Tony currently performs with Latin Fusion Oklahoma's Bachata performance team.

David Scott


Dance Instructor

With a passion for dance and entertainment, David has captivated audiences around the world as a featured performer and dance captain at Walt Disney World and as a dancer and aerialist with Celebrity Cruise Line. Trained in multiple dance styles, he has shared the stage with artists including Miley Cyrus, Kesha, Gavin DeGraw, Debbie Gibson, and Linda Eder. For David, dance is more than a career—it’s a calling to inspire, entertain, and celebrate life through movement. He is thrilled to be part of the Dance Makers team.

Danielle takes care of all backoffice duties ensuring our students have classes, and the events are scheduled for fun.
